You may notice the green siding. This is a new product called ZIP-Wall. It eliminates the need for housewrap and is a far superior product. The "life-time" roof has been installed. The windows have been installed. They are Low E, wood windows with SDL sashes. Grading around the house is almost complete. The walk out backyard is going to be fantastic. Plumbing and HVAC rough-ins are happening this week as well. As of right now, the house is progressing faster than expected. We are making final decisions about cabinet colors next week.
